Communication Among Health Professionals Involved in Your Care

Optimal medical care occurs when your health care providers are communicating well with each other.

It is not uncommon for a patient who has dizziness to initially see their primary care physician, then perhaps a specialist at a different location.  Then, the ‘dizzy’ patient may then be sent elsewhere for vestibular function testing and an audiogram, and if vestibular rehabilitation (specialized physical therapy) is indicated, a fourth location for therapy.

At BalanceMD, all medical providers, including physician (Dr. Scott Sanders), audiologists (Sandy Bratton and Michelle Koley) and physical therapist (Stephanie Ford), who might be involved in your care, work together in the same office, and share your medical chart.  There is no better way to maximize communication than for everyone involved in your care to be working together in one medical office.
